Conditions

  • After Infoxchange receives your registration, you will receive an email confirmation of registration and workshop time and location
  • All cancellations must be made in writing
  • You have the benefit of transferring or canceling your booking without charge, provided seven (7) working days notice has been given.
  • In the event that you need to cancel or transfer your booking and are unable to provide seven (7) working days notice the full fee will apply. Infoxchange and CCNR are committed to meeting certain costs, which are non-refundable. Therefore, we know you will understand that with late cancellations/transfers the full fee will be automatically invoiced to all our clients
  • Each "No-Show" will be billed for the full cost of the course
  • Infoxchange, Our Community and CCNR reserve the right to cancel a class, without penalty, for reasons beyond our control. A full refund will apply in such cases.
